The sports pavilion Building in AlayaVan
A benchmark building for Wild Habitat, the Arrival Pavilion is designed as a flexible, multi-purpose destination that evolves with the project. Initially conceived as a sales gallery and arrival experience, the building will later transform into a sports bar and recreational hub for residents and guests. Its architecture is therefore designed for adaptability allowing the same structure to serve different programs over time while remaining closely integrated with the landscape.

With nearly 25 million housing shortage, quantity takes precedence over quality in government policies and market responses. As Against, living environments are symbols of comfort and reverie. It’s a proud possession for the generations and symbol of comfort and family’s identity. Within the demands of density, can we conjure built-environments that are socio-culturally appropriate, sustainable and aesthetically timeless? This project is exploratory in nature to evolve humane and interactive neighbourhood with an understanding on integration of nature, interactivity, flexibility for personalisation and growth, humanising vertical living, reinterpreting the vernacular, etc. The idea is to integrate vernacular “Pol Housing” humaneness as the base of new typology for Slum re-development.
