A 7.6-acre, 49-villa wilderness habitat at the edge of the Lesser Himalyas, conceived as fragmented architecture woven into a continuous ecological landscape.

ANxStudio shaped The project positioning, landscape strategy, and masterplan around the site's natural water movement. Landscape patches act as primary streams, while roads work as secondary streams, collectively catching, slowing, spreading, and directing water across the site. This hydrological framework transforms a forgotten seasonal stream and degraded agricultural land into a network of swales, ponds, recharge landscapes, riparian corridors, orchards, and native woodland.

The fragmented clubhouse, and arrival pavilion and villas are positioned within this landscape framework, creating a connected sequence of parks, trails, water landscapes, and shared spaces.
